As Victoria emerges from the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, businesses and workers need to ensure they can safely reopen and engage with customers.

Training is offered as a mixture of online and workplace learning and can be completed within an eight week period, If the students cannot meet all assessment requirements in the workplace they have to come to campus for simulated assessment.
