Study brewing while you work

Brewing student Sean Kanhai, pictured above, is enthusiastic about the benefits of combining work and study.

“Combining full-time work with study two nights a week suited my lifestyle and suited my employer. The course had a definite impact on the way I worked by letting me apply what I’d learned directly in my job.”

“My teachers went beyond my expectations and always gave in-depth answers to my questions. Brewing is both an art and a science and I loved being able to talk with such experienced brewers.”
